Terms of Service
Agreement and eligibility
These Terms govern use of MuayBot, its Discord commands, optional dashboard, and connected game-server features. MuayBot is operated by TwinPR (the “Operator”). Contact: razortied@gmail.com. Effective date: 10/2/2026. By using MuayBot, you agree to these Terms. You must meet Discord’s minimum age and any higher minimum age required where you live. If you cannot legally agree to these Terms yourself, your parent or guardian must agree on your behalf. Discord’s own terms and applicable game and hosting-provider rules also apply.
What MuayBot provides
MuayBot provides community management, virtual economy, games, shops, memberships, and supported Rust Console server controls. Available features depend on the deployed version, community configuration, permissions, and host connectivity. Features advertised for future development are not guaranteed to be available. MuayBot is an independent service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Discord, Rust’s publishers or developers, GPORTAL, Nitrado, Sony, or Microsoft.
Server access and responsibilities
Only connect game servers you own or are authorized to administer. You authorize MuayBot to use the credentials you supply to perform requested commands and configured automation. Server commands may change gameplay, deliver items, or disrupt service. Review configurations, restrict staff access, and maintain appropriate backups. Keep credentials private and rotate them when access should end. You are responsible for actions you authorize and for informing your community about enabled features and data processing. Roles named muayadmin and muaymod grant privileges within MuayBot; assign them carefully.
Player linking and virtual items
The /link feature records the in-game username you provide; it does not prove ownership of that game account. Incorrect usernames can cause failed or misdirected deliveries. Check your username before purchasing. MuayBot points and balances are virtual community units, not money, bank deposits, or a promise of payment. They cannot be redeemed for cash through MuayBot. Community owners configure their own shops, prices, and in-game rewards. Availability and delivery depend on their configuration and the connected server. Contact the community administrator about a delivery problem.
Games and acceptable use
Games such as blackjack and coinflip are entertainment using virtual points. Do not use MuayBot to run real-money gambling, sell wagering points for money, or offer cash or real-world prizes for game outcomes. Do not exploit bugs, duplicate balances or items, impersonate another player, bypass memberships or access controls, misuse credentials, harass others, or use the service unlawfully. Report vulnerabilities privately to the contact above.
Memberships and payment
Access may require an active membership for a specific Discord community. Free access may be offered. For manually activated monthly access, the displayed end date is one calendar month after activation, subject to later renewal or adjustment. The displayed countdown is an access-expiry reminder: MuayBot does not automatically charge a card or store payment-card details. Any paid arrangement, price, term, and cancellation or refund conditions must be disclosed separately before purchase. These Terms do not remove mandatory consumer rights or override a specific purchase agreement. Expired or revoked memberships may disable access and cause the bot to leave the community.
Availability, suspension, and ending use
We may maintain, change, or discontinue features, and may suspend access for misuse, security concerns, expired membership, or legal or platform requirements. We will provide notice where reasonably possible. You can stop using the service, remove the bot from your community, revoke its authorization, and request data deletion. Removal alone does not automatically erase stored records. Use the contact in the Privacy Policy for deletion or account questions. Any outstanding consumer or contractual rights remain applicable.
Limitations and changes
To the extent permitted by applicable law, MuayBot is supplied as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every host, error-free automation, or successful item delivery. We are not responsible for failures outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer protections. We may update these Terms and will show the new effective date. Material changes will be communicated through the service or support channel before taking effect where reasonably practicable.
